Fees
The service is flexible. A variety of charging structures can be applied, ranging
from straight in-and-out hourly rates, to fixed price or term contracts.
Performance related projects, where the fee is reduced initially, plus a success
fee based on agreed targets and methods, can also be negotiated.
Confirmation of instructions incorporating standard terms of engagement are provided
at the commencement of all projects.
Financial Services
We are unable to engage in regulated
activities under the Financial Services Act (such as certain investment activities),
but have ready access to professionals who can become involved. We are not accountants
or tax advisers, but will happily, and frequently do, work closely with them. |
